With the exception of weekends and random stock mishaps, we typically ship out your order within 48 hours. From there, it usually takes less than a week to arrive at US destinations.

You will receive an email with tracking information when the product ships. In the event that your package is marked as arrived and you can't find it, please allow an extra 24 hours for delivery. We have no idea why, but sometimes packages have been marked as arrived the day before they actually arrive!

Shipping prices will be calculated during checkout.

All orders over $35 ship for free using USPS First Class. All orders that weigh over 1 lb will ship via Priority Mail.

Yes! We ship internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated at check out. Depending on the customs requirements of your country, you may have to pay additional customs fees when they arrive.

Please email us within 24 hours. Most orders are shipped out within 18 hours so if the order has already been shipped, we can't cancel it.

For Beds: To keep clean, periodically remove cat hair and spot clean. In the event of a cat-astrophe, beds can be machine washed on a cold setting and dried on the lowest temperature setting. Over time, multiple bed washings can diminish the potency of the catnip and silvervine - most cats continue to love the bed regardless!

Kickers can also be machine washed on a cold setting and dried on the lowest temperature setting.

For other toys, gently clean with a damp cloth.
